From the moment we signed up for auto insurance, we've added many various lines over the years during our personal review of our situation along the timeline of this thing called life. Not only in the good times when we are on solid ground (knock on wood, as we're in Southern California!) but even when we've had a major claim on our home. We definitely appreciate the answers to our many questions during these moments and appreciate the human aspect Steven and his Staff exhibit towards my family. We continue hitting new milestones and recently a major one happened: adding a teen driver to our policy (Yay! ...we now have a personal Uber driver!). Kimberly and Bima walked us through our options so we could choose the best route, while at the same time cross-checking our coverages to make sure the current situation matched our expectations for coverages. Just in this short duration of friendly conversation, we were able to discover yet another discount that we now qualified for (thanks, Kimberly and Bima, for taking the time to chat outside of the "just insure our son" scenario).
