My recent car insurance needs were fairly unique and she was able to quickly put together a quote that I I'm happy with. "I was unfortunately involved in an accident recently. Although the claims process is still ongoing, I’ve found State Farm’s claims handling to be very smooth. I received an email from the office asking me to fill out an SR-1 form, but I wasn’t sure what it was for. I called the office, and the team explained its purpose to me in great detail. The team is fantastic and very professional. I would definitely recommend them!"

"I had to call in to State Farm and talked to Jenny today . I was frustrated and couldnt figure out my late payment . Jenny patiently walked me through all the steps of my payment history and clearly answered all my questions . She is also smart to recognize where i was missing in my transactions and professionally pointed out to me ! I have been with this agency for almost 30 years and honestly this is the first time i feel good after calling Steve Wangs office:-) I dont mean other peraonnel are bad ,i just feel that Jenny was very good at her job by being patient and thorough ."
