"I’ve been insured with State Farm for a couple of years, and I want to compliment my agent, Audrey Yip. She is extremely helpful and responsible. Whenever I call, she picks up right away, and if she’s not at her desk, she always returns my calls or replies to emails promptly. We recently had a car accident, and since these situations don’t happen often, we weren’t sure what to do. Audrey guided us through the entire process, answered all my questions, and connected me with the claims department. State Farm’s service was impressively fast—they helped with the tow truck and even arranged a rental car the same day. Although I used to think State Farm was a bit expensive, this experience showed me it’s worth it for the peace of mind and outstanding service. It’s stressful when an accident happens, but we’re so glad Audrey and the State Farm team were there for us."
