"I have been with State Farm for over 2 years with another agent and had recently switched to Allstate because my agent became unresponsive and would not reply back for a quote, fast forward 2 months and my Agent at Allstate forgot to go over my policy clearly and left me with poor coverage. No rental coverage, no med pay, and no uninsured motorists coverage. I was referred to Jessica Fu and she answered ALL my questions and went over the policy quote so nothing was left out.
